Alternatve Christmas Card with our Mind Charity Donation
This year as an alternative to sending out traditional Christmas Cards to our customers we have instead chosen to support Mind the mental health charity with a donation of £1500.
Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

Congratulations to Jack Chappell winner
of Sales Person of the Year 2018 award
I am sure you would all like to join us in congratulating Jack Chappell, Account Manager at BtL on winning the award for Sales Person of the Year 2018.
Jack joined BtL in March 2015 after spending 3 months in Australia travelling. He was brought in as a Junior Account Manager to reduce the workload of some of the Senior Account Managers. Since then, Jack has moved to a more senior role in the Sales Team. Before joining BtL, he completed an apprenticeship in Business Studies whilst working for a CRM company in Crowthorne.
Jack’s biggest achievement to date at BtL has to be bringing the CityFibre network to the Molly Millars Business Park in Wokingham. The CityFibre network was over 3 kilometres from the Molly Millars Business Park, but after getting 20 companies to sign up for the service, CityFibre agreed to take the network to the Business Park. This was all done by knocking on doors, calling around and spreading the word through Social Media.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys watching football and spending time with his friends and family. Jack also enjoys travelling around the world, with his most recent trips to Paris in October and Tenerife the week before with the rest of the Sales Team.

The countdown to christmas is well under way!

We will always do our very best with every request, but when we get several at the same time wanting a change done now because they are leaving the office – well, we still have to put faults first and manage the change requests on a best endeavours basis.
So to ensure our team can accommodate your request we politely ask that you provide your instructions to us early.
All instructions, messages and recording given to BTL’s Operations Team by the close of Thursday December 20th will be actioned.
Standard prices for all changes will apply up until the close of business Thursday 20th December. An additional charge of £25.00 per change request will apply for changes requested on or after Friday 21st December.

Christmas and New Year office opening hours 2018/2019
The main BtL Communication office for sales and finance will close for the Christmas holidays from 1pm Monday 24th December 2018, reopening at 9am Wednesday 2nd January 201.
For Operations support we will have reduced cover from 1pm on Friday 24th December but please call through as normal. On Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th of December 2018, and Tuesday 1st January 2019 we will be operating our normal out of hours cover.
Our Operations team will be open for business as usual on the 27th, 28th and 31st of December 2018.
