The best thing is to call us and raise a ticket
we will need to know:
- which number you need to divert
- The number/numbers the calls need to be diverted too
- start and end time for the divert
- dates that apply to the divert
- Any message changes
Due to the weight of requests that can come in to the support desk on the last days prior to Christmas we cannot guarantee that late change requests will be met in time, indeed some numbers or requests are more difficult and more timely to implement.
The more time given to preparing for this the better. And the more certain we will be of applying the changes as needed.
